there's a problem with this site

i posted a negative review about colorcases.com some time ago, and they of course replyed and they admitted no wrong. They said that I wouldn't get a refund until everything I ordered was returned. Now I read a dissatisfied review of someone else and they reply they will refund whatever part of the order the customer isn't happy with. There needs to be a way to highlight these reversals and the companys bullshit for those who come to the site to check reviews before they buy. Also the positives for that company should be checked into as they don't have oreder numbers, funny how when it's negative the company says bogus post, but when it's positive theuy say one of our happy customers.
on another note, states want to charge sales tax for internet sales, if the gov is getting paid they better take a hand in getting rid of these fraudulent resellers....

haha, makes sense though doesnt it? i mean, what would be the point in saying the positive post is bogus and the negative one is real?

though instead of denying, they should right their wrong openly. more people would trust them that way. from this one post by you, i will now never buy from them.

btw how do we know the positive posts arent bogus? they could have been written by a staff member etc under an alias...
