This is the Famous "Lambros" that you keep referring to.

I'd suggest perhaps that you might want to inform people that your order was in fact a financed order, and perhaps you might also want to inform people of the delays the company has experience in august from the blackout on the east coast. Correct it was only for 2 1/2 days, however our phone system, and internal servers took awhile to get back up which couldn't be began until that monday.

All of this has been explained to the 10 or so people who are making complaints on these forums.

Any and ALL of the people who in fact are making complaints on these forums here, would I am sure not want to post copies of their credit reports for people to realize perhaps WHY in fact they have had underwriting issues which is what the majority of their delays.

3 of these 10 people in fact BOUNCED their down payment checks, and then they wonder why in fact they are asked to put more money down.

If you're looking to purchase a computer I can say that AIPCS is a great, solid computer manufacturing company. For those of you who have "concerns" on what you read here, I'd suggest perhaps placing your order on a credit card where you are 100% protected.

Again, this is the official response from Lambros.

And to leave things off, I am only the facility supervisor in fact, not the owner, but thanks for the vote of confidence.

AI Computers is scamming people into sending 10% down payments for their orders before they will build it and then not ever mailing the PC out to them. I have had my computer on order for 3 months with a down payment of $279.00 and they have yet to deliver the PC. I chose their easy financing option so I wouldn't have to pay for my entire PC at once. I even had to go as far as contacting the FTC, BBB and 3 different Attorney Generals offices. I have yet to recieve a refund on my down payment or the computer I ordered. I have been fighting to get this issue resolved for 2 months. I knew something was up when it was 30 days from when I completed my order and the expected ship date was 2 weeks and it never came. Their financing/order specialist/manager Lambrose Ballas is a jerk on the phone and has no customer service skills. I have been hung up on, yelled at and threatened by him over the phone. Good thing I have recorded all phone conversations with him and sent those to the FTC for review. I urge all of you intent on buying a new PC in the near future to avoid AIPCS at all costs, no matter how cool their PCs appear or how well built their web site appears. The entire web site is a farse meant to scam hard working people out of their money. I hope their opperation gets shut down soon before too many get duped out of their hard earned money.

you are a thief ready to run. there are several hundred complaints with the attorney general, bbb,postal service and many others.

go to google, type in "reviews for AIPCS" follow all the links in all the complaints. You will find literally hundreds of websites built just for this thief.

I was approved for financing prior to AIPCS checking my credit report. That is your fault. Granted my credit was not great, but I put $500 down and then another $500 down when you brought up issues with my credit report. You said that I would ship once I put that additional $500 down. What happened? Nothing. You held my money and my shipment hostage and tried to get me to give AIPCS another $1500 to get my computer to ship.

All my payments cleared. Your modus operandi is to approve financing regardless of credit, get people to put money down and then tell them they need to put more down for their computer to ship. It appears that is your strategy. Either you are doing this on purposes or you are the dumbest people in the world. You are preying upon people with bad credit and you are doing this in small amounts so people will just go away.

I cannot help to add to this, First Lambrose be Very careful slandering people in regards to their credit record is not going to help you one little bit. Another thing is regardless, of why this is happened would you like to explain WHY you have A) approved people when the finance company will not?
And B) why is that there are sooo many people who have NOT received their refund??
People have credit issues for different reasons, layoffs, divorces, illness, Decent respectable people that merely have had a rough period in their life.
But as I listen to you, I dont hear a decent respectable company, I hear someone who has LIED who had REFUSED to treat people with respect, And has taken and KEPT peoples money that HE does not have a right to.
Now I would much rather be a person with medical issues.... like I am, whos credit got scarred thru no fault of my own, that to be a dishonest business person.
shame on you for stealing peoples money, I will be right there on the front line when the attorney general takes you down.
