has anyone ever ordered from www.xpcgear.com ? How is their customer service? I want to order this ( http://www.xpcgear.com/xsalienblnopsu.html ) from them, but the picture shows two different cases. At the top, it has a dark blue with black trimmings while the bottom picture shows a lighter blue with red trimmings. How can I tell which one they're going to send me? I already sent them an e-mail, but I hardly ever get responses.

I saw their rating, but most people comment things like "great service!" or "would buy from them again" without telling me what's so great and why. Oh well... I ordered anyway.

only 64 ratings.... the way i look at it is: the more people who rate them, but less likely chance they have of frauding anyone (they could post that stuff about themselves, and put in good ratings)
