AIPCS systems- Internet fraud

Just a little more I contacted Intel about this company but they need concrete evidence of charges or legal investigations that are ongoing before they will do anything . If anyone has a link or can email me proof I will send it to them as I am a registered Intel reseller.

I too sent emails to all the vendors listed, Tim at PC Toys sent one back listing this and many other sites that we are all familiar with and says they are well aware of Lambros and AIPCS. I filed papers with NY AG office and USPS and sent my refund request by certified receipt required mail. I also faxed it to the 503... number. I have yet to recieve my reciept tho...keep up the fight...Also my wife and I have a new forum that features a thread dedicated to shutting down AIPCS. If the admins or moderators will give me permission I will post the link. Thanks

Just another update. I just got off the phone with " Dean " (read Lambrose Ballas ) I asked for Lambros and after a few seconds was told that he was not there. I discused my position with this individual and funny enough he sounded just like Lambros. I informed him that all of the law enforcement agencies had beeen informed and the USPS as well as all of his vendors and many of the magazines in which his scam advertised in regards to his business ethics. Hew told me that this was slander HAHA. If you read this Lambros slande5r is only true when what is neing said is a lie!!!!! To every one elsed keep up the pressure I want these clowns shut down. There is no where for them to run to. Keep up the complaints call and write and email everyone. The squeaky wheel gets the grease. Good Luck!!!

I've sent letters to everyone on the list and sent the letter to him about canceling my order. He was a real ass when we talked to him Friday night. He told us for the longest time it was the finance company and after we told him we knew everything that was going he changed his voice and said that his system had been down since the storms on the East coast and he hadn't gotten things done. And so we were like umm so obviously you can't charge us our 15% restocking fee since you haven't gotten our system built since the storms knocked out your system. Oh boy he didn't have much to say to that. He got really snotty then. He knows he's caught and busted. He said he was a true company and everyone is making up lies about him and yadda yadda yadda. My husband laughed in his face! Well we decided to order a computer thru Dell and when we told Dell about this company...Dell knew and had heard about what a scam artist he was!!! Let's keep up the mailings. We have to ALL get our money back!! That's all there is to it. This guy is a JERK!

I sent an email to every email addy I could dig up at AIPCS/AIComputers/Walker Consulting and so on. That Constantine dude that supposedly owns the company keeps coming up as the owner of "Punch and Judy's" in NYC and on a bunch of Wine info sites. Maybe we're financing Punch and Judy's for all we know. Either way, Lambros and AI are going down. I sent in my information to the NY Attorney General's office today as well as the USPS Fraud Department. Oh yeah, I also found where TechTV did a little piece on one of their gaming systems so I emailed them as well to alert them to AIPCS's fraudulent acitivities.

Either way, he can threaten all he wants to, but the truth of the matter is that we've been HAD bigtime by one person, now, wether or not he's covering up for someone else is another story, but that's not my problem. I've spent my honest, hard earned money on NOTHING and I'm not going to accept that.

You know, a sense of fear shot through me as I put the mailing label on the overnight envelope and dread set in as I paid the postman for the overnight postage. Now I know why. I should have gone with my gut feelings because for what I sent to AIPCS, I could have put 1/2 down on a new system from a local company. I feel sick to my stomach, but enough whining, it's time to do something about these people once and for all. I would love to hear from someone who actually OWNS an AI Computer.

Lambros admitted he received them & now claims he can charge me for taking my money & sitting on it for a few weeks having done nothing, not so much as one thing because in my contract it states he can. Can you imagine the guts this creep has!

All they have done is give me a phoney approval code that never worked & stalled me using some storm caused their data base to go down (3 weeks this Wed.) excuse to steal money from me.

Lambros didnt like it tonight when I told him what I thought of him & hung up on me...whats the matter Lambros you dont like it when people speak the truth?

I've decided to do everything I can to bring the full weight of the law down on this low life belly crawling snake of a human being.

And Lambros I will not stop & will consider doing anything to get 100% of my money returned. Its principle now not money!
If you are going to act & do what you do well then I can resort to calling all your business vendors, trade mags, & here is a good one ...in just a few short weeks your company has made a name for its self "AIPCS or AI= FRAUD" do to the efforts of the good people on this board & many others like them. Its starting to pay off because now when people do a web search they WILL find out your a fraud & I guarantee you I will post everywhere to continue that effort to bring you down.

Finally Lambros the $264. you have stolen from me will end up costing you thousands in lost sales! I wont stop untill you are in jail or your on national tv as the poster boy for stupid ******** who got caught.

I have been in touch with the action editor, his name is Nathan he talked to Lambros, this morning, who claimed that we also will not get our money because of a contract and a restocking fee.
Correct me if I am wrong, but if he fails to produce goods, does that not make the contract null and void????????? What type of idiots does he take us for !!
