New egg, refurbished, OEM, $69.

No I/O shield, get manual and drivers from internet..

OEM means just the part by itself with no box, cables, manual or warranty (retail is with box, manual, warranty, etc.). I read on newegg all the reviews on the refurbished boards and about 7/10 are very happy! I just ordered mine yesterday

Wow -- with the starting prices on that board being around $125, that's a huge deal -- if the refurb is reliable.
