Purchased subject laptop from Best Buy on Line- Two Known issues to date.
Modem ( V92 protocol) will not connect to any of 3 ISPs at more than 26 K.( Dial up Connection) No Help from tech support or Best Buy.
Cannot locate a Initialization string that will correct this difficulty
Installed a Fax Modem PC Card & got 56K but some other issues arose as card was not always recognized.
CD will not recognize some new Software CDs right out of the Box. I have made copys on another burner & then had no problem installing the copied software on the 185?
I think the 220A5 is a steal at Best Buy for $1299 before $250 in Rebates
