I think this is where to put this....anyways, i ordered red el wire and received blue (common mistake) i emailed them and they said i could keep the blue and they would send me the red for free! how nice.
Yeah, I'm a fan of svc. My arctic ceramique's syringe broke off in shipping; I was still able to use it, but i let them know about it and they sent me another one free
