SVC DONT BE ME

I should have read this forum befrore i ordered , becouse everything about svc is true.
I ordered a powersupply through them . A clear plexiglass one. when i installed it . it turned out to be defective, i emailed them and got an rma # and i shipped it back. to my surprise i got an email 3 days later saying i tampered with it and i will not be getting another one. for anyone who has one of these power supply. they now that the seals are inside the powersupply and can be viewed thought the plexiglass. U CAN SEE THAT THERE NOT DAMAGED BECOUSE I NEVER TOOK IT APART. SOMEONE PLEASE EXPLAIN HOW THIS IS NOT FRAUD.!!!!!!!!!!! they took my money and gave me nothing ,just a burnt out power supply!!!

can i press charges of fraud when i have proof i never tampered with it????
FIRST time i ever got rippped off. have no idea what to do

The burden of proof is on them to show that they shipped you a working product and you returned a defective product. Contact their customer service and impress this on them.

If that does not work, ask them how to pursue dispute resolution. You may need to contact the BBB or some other agency to get their cooperation.

As always, be direct but polite. Anger or frustration is counter-productive.
