How do you get a refund from a company that refuses to give you your money when you haven't recieved the merchandise???

If you charged this to a credit card or check card...notify the bank, and tell them you want it charged back to the vendor. Also, if this merchant was listed on Yahoo shopping, file a complaint with Yahoo, and also file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
