Looking for Battlefield 1942

So i want get the game and play online, i am trying to find somewhere cheap and i thought about ebay.

My concern is buying a game that someone has already taken the cd key and is already in use. Anyone buy games off and ebay and had problems with the keys already being used?

The game is in ENGLISH, but the manual and box, as well as some writing on the jewel case, are in Thai.

Why is it in Thai?

i'm not really certain there (i've been looking at the same thing actually), but my best guess is that it's pirated. it could be an international version, but i'm skeptical. i would recommend getting a new sealed box where no one could have had access to the cd key.

i've been looking on half.com and they've got some new ones going for around $30, so that might be a place to check out.

I got BF1942, BF:RTR, MOHAA, and MOHAA Spearhead off eBay. They were used but work fine and I play online every day. However, mine are the US versions. I'm not sure if the Thai version is pirated or not. When all else fails, check the sellers feedback.
