Outdoors colorcases epidemic

My on going colorcases disaster brought me to this site, (I wish I would have found this site before I ordered), I have a number of questions for you all
1) what's the best way to get my refund?
2) what could we do about it, by this I mean about colorcases and their obvious disregard for the consumer. I'm thinking that even as I wrtite this there are 10 - 100 people checking out the colorcases website, their not gonna check this site just as many of us didn't, and they will be going through the same thing in a few wekks that we have or are going through. It seems with so many of us that there would have to be a way to alert more people as to their behavior, or put them out of business? Will anything actually come of a report to the bbb?

At Home sitrep

Pretty much the same as everyone else on here. I placed an order, waited forever, could never get ahold of anyone, got my case and it was broke, had placed another order since i had gotten the tracking number, sent case back and they said they would put another in the mail, that was 4 weeks ago, had cancelled my second order and still have not gotten credit to my card, after 2 weeks, talked to a "guy in charge" he promised my case would go out last friday, it didn't, i cancelled that order, no refund to my account, a huge phone bill from trying to call them all the time, a dozen e-mails that were returned undeliverable to their company addy's, a new mobo with no case to call home, a giant headache, and a partrich in a pear tree ..... they constantly lie to you when you do get through to them, they have nothing in stock ever!!! They even told me that it was some guy named Jasons fault but that they fired him, I fell for it, but someone left a post today that said they spoke to Jason, 5 to 1 it was the same guy.

I had my bank (since I used my debit card) get my money back. It took a few weeks but I got it back. Just call your bank and tell them that you want to dispute charges. It is a very easy process.

They sucked so bad that it motivated me to put up this site.

i visited your site and got the bbb info, thanks for posting it, I made my complaint to them, and i checked with my bank as well after visiting you site, I'm processing the forms now to get them involved... I got an e-mail fromn andy about a week ago saying my refund would be in my account in the next 48hrs it never happened, go figure, check out my comments and their replys if your looking for as laugh, wish there was a way to close this company down!!!! thanks again for all the info located at your site...

we placed an order on 8/16/03, and we got a order confirmation. i thought it would take 3 days at most to ship the order. but now as of 8/28, the order has still not been shipped. i called about 25 times and never got through. so i left 5-10 voice messages, 2 emails than i finally get a call back today and talk to some guy named nate, who didnt know anything. he said he would tell the shipping manager...lets wait till tommorow to see if that happens. i have one thing to say. dont shop at colorcases.com cause your going to get ripped off...

epidemic is a word. as in "we have an epidemic", as in a large problem that has spread rapidly.
