Norcent (RebateHQ) rebate???

I bought a Norcent CD burner from BestBuy about 7 or 8 months ago.
However, I still have not got my $30 rebate check back.
Whenever I called RebateHQ, who is processing rebates for Norcent, I was just told that the rebate form was valid and they would send the check to me within 30 days. But the check just never arrived.....

Evev worse now, I lost the phone number of RebateHQ and could not call them.
Could anyone tell me the number of RebateHQ?
Is there anything else that I could do?

I too purchased a Norcent 52x24x52 RW521 CDRW from BB on 5/21/03 - $19.99 AMIR. Still have not received my $20 rebate.


I called BB (1-800-849-0444) regarding this matter. I was transfered to Norcent and promptly cut off.

I tried to call Norcent (1-800-916-4011) the other day but I forgot they were on the west coast.......they hadn't opened yet.

Haven't checked RebateHQ.

I just called the Norcent number left by padmaster and simply got a recording that went something like this "We've had a huge backlog on our rebates because we're a bunch of thieves but if you want to leave a message leave your name address and phone number......beeeeeeeeep." Ok so they didn't call themselves a bunch of thieves but I did at least get to leave a piece of my mind in my message.

I bought a Norcent RW521 back in early June and haven't received the $30 MIR from Norcent yet. I received the $10 MIR from Best Buy near the end of July.
