Thanks for that information. I guess the lesson learned is for me to always use American Express if I ever buy a product online again. Be sure to mention to Master Card my experience with American Express. Maybe you'll get more help for your bank, assuming they are the ones who issued your Mastercard.

Update on Genisis rip off: Check details in my previous posts. Good news is that I get a $450+ camera for around a hundred bucks. My only cost will be a $40 memory card and a $65 a/c adaptor. I was told by Fuji that the generic adapter that was sent with my camera would ruin the camera eventually. So for around $100 and a lot of aggrivation, I have a new camera, although there is no warantee on it. I only hope that Genesis had to pay, and not American Express. Anyone who has been ripped off by this crooked outfit should be sure to seek help from your credit card company.
