Stay away from Monarch!

Well Guess what!
UPS delivered early. Outside box was cut and crumpled......
Interior packing saved the case except for two front drive covers knocked inwards. two minute fix

Same Power supply BUT no dust at all. (spotless) Replacement?
Same exact Motherboard again no dust they did not replace with an ASUS
Thermostat wire came loose off the
?Upgraded Memory? my last set was not as thick these are heavy metal still got one gig.

AND IT FIRED RIGHT UP!

Theres no documentation other than a packing list so All's I know is big blue is back and running

Hey I can Bit*h with the best but when it goes right I also am the first one to say THANKS!

I really hope the Company can turn this around for there is at least two people who promised something and delivered Thank you for that.

I ordered a comp from them on Oct.13 and its Middle of Dec. I cant even get in touch with Them! They dont mail or call back. Hope I havent been Robbed, Becouse thats what I feel like. Called my bank and they assured me I will get my money back. My bank is Wells Fargo and they told me after i fill out this paper work they are going to send me they will put my money back in my account and they will go after Monarch to get the refund. I waisted 2 months waiting on this comp from them, now I have to wait about another 10 days before i can get my cash and order from someone else and god only knows how much longer Im going to have to wait from them. So i can personaly Thank Monarch for Screwing up about 3 to 4 months of my life in '06!!

I doubt very much there's any chance of them turning it around,their reputation has been totally destroyed,no one with any sense will deal with them again,the stories of them being sold seem unlikely now,there's nothing left there for anyone to invest in.Someone in another group posted that they stopped by there and the place was closed with an out of business notice on the door.Some customers might get lucky and get their systems back due to pressure from the CC companies and legal action,but it's pretty much over for them.

They still have my baby. I just want her back. I miss the humm of her fans and the blue led blinking at me when I got her excited.

This really makes me want to cry. So much for a merry Christmas.

OH! the damn thing just did the same thing I sent it in for.
Norton Goback screen "Your system has suffered a serious error" and locked up.
BUT I managed to unfreeze it and removed Norton in it's entirety
* Note to self BIOS entry USB KEYBOARD should be ENABLED.
Other than that it's the only hiccup.
Ol blue is purring like a kitten and tearing the internet up like a tiger.
If Dave and Matt are out there and can read this .... THANKS for getting it back!.

I am not a fan of Monarch but those two guys went the extra mile for me and I am grateful.

I just wished they could have helped everyone.

They're really something,aren't they?They're going to milk this thing to the bitter end.I wouldn't be a bit surprised if this is just another stalling tactic to hold off their creditors until they can disappear with everyone's money.
Internet sales?What internet sales,their inventory is down to almost nothing,and the word is out now to avoid them like the plague.

Hmmm I think they are selling out the company work stations online. At least thats what the internet site computers look like.

Are they just liquidating assets?
