Man. The 800 line is now stating they are closed even during business hours. Stupid message. You call during business hours it claims they are closed and GIVE YOU THE BUSINESS HOURS TO CALL THEM! D'OH!
All Forum threads are disabled I Can't tell them the 800 line is inoperative. Automatic delete on any form topic I've tried to post on the MC website

I'm having to go to the extreme in order to get some resolution for my loss. (Explained a few posts back)

Here is what I have come up with for resources. Please share yours with me.

This is probably our best resource for action, and they are VERY interested in hearing our stories. Please contact them.

For a police report:
Dekalb County Police Department

Tucker, GA 30084
Non-emergency: (404) 294-2519

EDIT: I want to file a claim in GA court too, but I'm in California. Does anyone know/have a lawyer lined up in GA for this already?

This thread seems to be a dead issue now, as Monarch Computer doesn't seem to exist anymore. They no longer have anyone answering the calls. The "Credit Department's" voicemail box is full. They are not responding to emails. The forums have been disabled. The 24/7 tech support number has been disconnected.

My advice to anyone who is owed money right now, including people who have systems ordered. Dispute the charges with your credit card company immediately. Don't wait another day.

Also, file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. http://www.bbb.org (or call 404-766-0875) and fill out this form to send to the Georgia Consumer Affairs: http://consumer.georgia.gov/vgn/imag...rcomplaint.pdf

They owe me $133.54 for an RMA, so I've been trying to get that returned to me since November 16th, one month after I returned the bad components from my system to them. But, they'll not get to keep my money without a fight.

I will warn people about this company's business practices and try to get my money back from them!
If I see a corporate staffers name in another company listing I'll Let investors know what they did at Monarch.

I asked this a while back, but i didn't really get a straight answer.
if Monarch goes bankrupt, what would that mean for credit card disputes?

Will the credit card companies close all open disputes and customers are screwed? Or will they somehow find a way to get money back from Monarch?

oops

Invinceable EEEK! Once again!

I believe(I ain't no lawyer) that once a company Declares (Key word =declares) bankruptcy
all ASSSETS TO INCLUDE THE BUILDING ITSELF IS FROZEN. This is done in order to let the creditors (ME) file liens on Monarch assets.

Just shutting off the phones and not answereing emails/E-forms ain't declaring bankruptcy.

BUT

If I had money owed me I'd get to court quick

I'd think that if you ordered and never got your order then your CC's fraud protection would cover it.
I'm not sure on the following part but; If they have something you sent in to get serviced that would be returned to you in what ever condition it is in. (ie. repaired or not.)
I am sure that any warrenty you have is nil and void.
