Settle down boys,chill.
Monarch is coming after me by contesting my review. Most people have had no problems with them. I have. Conspiricy? I dought it. I do however wonder if they are contesting everone who didn't change thier review to be more favorably shown. After all they did try to entice me to remove this thread.

What are you thinking dude? I don't think Monarch is contesting to the review. I think it's a routine that RR does with the reviews, they did say they pick random people to audit to make sure indeed, the Invioce number is true, etc. Prevents fraud.

If you would have read the post above, you would have seen this.
From: Mark Stubblefield
"Can you please provide me with proof of this review? The seller is contesting it."
Thats not random.

My apologies, I must have missed that sentence. I thought it was the auditing that RR does. Sorry.

No apologies needed my friend.
I was letting this thread die as it should, but its just to much to have Monarch come back after two months and try to brush my review under the carpet. That tells me that more people fall through the cracks then just myself. It also tells me they care about there rating here.If you notice it took from April to August for them to refund my money, thats to long in my book.

Monarch's biggest problem is inconsistency. Given a problem, every employee of Monarch will say something different. Now, you can look at this like "they need better management" or you can look at it like "their employees have the power to make individual decisions". I, personally, like the fact that Monarch employees take initiative in solving problems. I mean, if one employee can't solve your problem, talk to someone else. All in all, I have spent $3000 + at Monarch over 2 years. NOT ONCE HAVE THEY FAILED TO SOLVE A PROBLEM. THEY WILL BEND OVER BACKWARDS TO SATISFY YOU. ANYONE NOT SATISFIED HAS PROBABLY BEEN TOO AGRESSIVE OR BELLIGERENT WITH MONARCH'S CUSTOMER SERVICE. If I was dealing with a short-tempered ass for a customer, I would (and you would) probably NOT try to help them.
