They hung up with no human ever talking just the prerecorded stuff. Just now it's "Your party is not answering..." is the answer to Monarch Computers 800 line. I'll keep trying

So GA400 whats the deal on that?

I can not understand that, we are here and we have the team here answering calls, at the moment there is only 16 calls in the que. Wait times should be not too bad at all right now. We had some issues on Friday but not today

New record

Got through. It should be another 1.5 hours like the last time on hold.......

Lets see... Each caller gets .30 seconds to state RMA. type in RMA, look at status on screen (50 seconds) (waiting for diagnosis, waiting for part, needs assembly, testing, shipping number) relay to customer 15 seconds OR relay answer to irate customer 1 minute

@36 minutes to go! If theres only one person on the "team". I would hope that techs are working on repairs and clerks are answering phones and reading status screens that the techs update.

Still on hold... NO PM's GA400?

Oh Well Off to the courthouse......

Don't answer RMA Requests from your site, Deleting requests for information, Not answering on your own website.

And you still maintain the delusion that you are customer orientated.

The Better Business Bureau in Georgia state that they have an unsatisfactory record for Monarch Computers due to unanswered complaints.

Still listening to them selling themselves and EVGA on the prerecorded system.

Still have not talked to anyone at Monarch today

Do you really really really want these guys to build your system?

I can wait all day for Monarch to answer the phone.

See I'm letting other people who have not bought their systems know how long it really takes to get ahold of Monarch in case these potential future customers buy from Monarch and the new computer dies like mine has twice in the 8 months I've owned it.

I AM THE PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT

So this is a different Shawn, and not you?

And Sterling's e-mail still stands as out of line.

RockM66 is infamous around these parts
I bought a complete Nexus 2 Core 2 system with an eVGA 7950 GX2 graphics
card ($550). Unfortunately the system shipped with a stock nVidia 7950 GX2, a card that no one actually sells. After reading the recent posts in this thread it sounds like I got off easy. About 6 weeks ago someone from tech support said they would ship an eVGA 7950 GX2 when they got one and would credit me for the nVidia card after I sent it back. I haven't heard anything since.

Now no one answers the general customer support line (at least after 1 hour waits) and the 24/7 line for which I paid $200 says "the call cannot be completed". And the online support forms and e-mail go answered. I'm
worried they're going to charge my credit card for the new video card and
never credit me for the one I return.

Any suggestions?
