I'm amazed you continue to try and keep up this charade of yours,GA400.You haven't helped anyone, and neither has Monarch.I have serious doubts that you even have any real connection with them,if you do,then you're as much as an incompetent at doing PR as they are at running a business.Although at this point, considering their behavior towards customers lately, some may say incompetent is too mild a term,in fact some might say that behavior borders on the criminal.

I'm going to repeat two questions I asked twice earlier. I'm not sure why you can't give a straight response to these. Remember - potential customers read these forums as well.

1) Do you post officially on behalf of Monarch?

2) Can your behavior and responses on this and other forums be considered official Monarch communication?

I'll add a new one:

3) What are your financial ties to Monarch?

Well.Monarch has just earned a new distinction to add to their list of honors - their ratings have officially earned them a place on RR's lowest rated businesses list. From top ten to the cellar in one year, quite an achievement.

Oh, goodness. Just looked at Monarch's page on resellerratings. Holy. Crap. I have never seen so many "very dissatisfied" feedbacks. The ownership and management of this company should be ashamed. To even put up the facade that the business is operating normally is insulting.

Nice!

Check out this e-mail exchange, where Shawn (GA400) accidentally copied a customer instead of a salesperson.

http://users.net1plus.com/scottm/monarch.htm

Very telling. The customer is kind of a jackass for trying to hold them hostage on a review, but Sterling's e-mail at the bottom is classic. Had one too many that night, I suppose!

Beware - Monarch making unauthorized charges!

From HardForums ( http://www.hardforum.com/showpost.ph...&postcount=164 ):

I want to let everyone know that they need to keep an eye on whatever credit card accounts they have used with monarch.

Here's why:

I've ordered from them 2 times, the first around feb of this year, the second around july. The first shipment came fast, the second was slow shipping, but since i was not in a hurry, I forgave them. Then about 2 months ago, (late august) I was checking my checking account online, and I noticed a $500 charge from Monarch made about a week before I was going over the account. (I used my debit card for monarch purchases). I was going WTF!? and was about to go ballistic since of course I had not bought anything from them for almost 2 months at that time. A quick check showed no other unusual charges so I didn't think i had an ID theft problem. I awoke the next morning to call and scream bloody murder, before the call completed I noticed that the $500 charge had been credited back to my account that day. Monarch didn't just delay a refund, they made a completely unautherized charge on my account. So they basically "borrowed" $500 of my money for 6 days.

This may have just been an "honest" mistake unrelated to the floating issue. But what really disturbs me is that I feel that making an unauthorized charge is more serious then a refund delay, and that fact that it was essentially an immediate withdrawl of my cash from my checking account, instead of a credit charge, it could have put me in a really bad spot like bouncing checks. Luckly that didn't happen, but still....on that a vowed not to use Monarch again.

It could happen

Yeah the tech told me he would WORK on my computer. 21 days till Xmas. Guess I better get the small claims paperwork in. They have my warrantied computer hostage and it appears the 2nd motherboard can't/won't be replaced. I thought Maybe I could trust the TECH, the guy at the sword point but it would appear he is the one editing thier forum and now I can't post to their site, like in an automatic edit mode. I would have done the on site repair but last time it took three months to get my credit card straightened out so this time I just sent in the system.... SHOULD HAVE JUST ATE THE COST OF A NEWEGG REPLACEMENT BOARD....
