REBATE HQ IS A BUNCH OF SCAMMERS THEY TRIED PULLING A BUNCH OF LIES ON ME BY TELLING ME THAT MY REBATE IS FOR SOFTWARE WHEN IT CLEARLY STATES ON THE MANUFACTURERS SITE AND THER SITE THAT THE REBATE IS FOR $200.00 I AM GOING TO PUT IN A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB AND CANON THE MANUFACTURER CAN SOMEONE PLEASE DIRECT ME ON WHAT TO DO BECAUSE THIS IS UNETHICAL WAY OF DOING BUISNESS AND SOMEONE NEEDS TO PUT A STOP TO THIS.WE ARE LIVING IN THE 2000'S NOT IN 1800'S THERE SHOULD BE LAWS AGAINST COMPANIES LIKE THIS AND THEY SHOULD ALL BE SHUT DOWN BY THE ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE I WILL MAKE SURE TO COMPLAINT AND PEOPLE LIKE ME NEED YOUR HELP BY COMPLAINING ALSO THE MORE COMPLAINTS THE FASTER SOMEONE WILL PUT A STOP TO ALL THIS CRAP.

Well, first off I / we here at TIMO have had problems with RebatesHQ and feel your pain but when you type in caps its like yelling.
With that in mind can you be more specific on the problem such as when you sent in the rebate, exactly what the rebate was for and what exactly is the reason there refusing to honor your rebate?
