Looking for a good modding store in CA

I'm looking for a good computer store that specialize in modding & overclocking stuff.

The store has to be located in California, and has to be a physical store, where I can come, pick up the products, pay and go.
Not just an on line store.

NorCal or SoCal?
SVC to the north
MWave (for "some" things) to the south
Xtreme Tek Werkz is in the south as well...

However, the two shops which are located in the south don't have any really good stuff for modding and overclocking.

Any other suggestions for shops in south CA please?
