EPO Technology Rebates

Purchased an EPO Technology Drive from Fry’s Electronics Fountain Valley California in May of 2003.
Mailed in the appropriate forms and waited 12 weeks.
Each call to UniTrade Fulfillment Centers (Torrance California) phone number starts with a recording and then the message “Memory Full”. No website or e-mail contact to be found.
These people are undeserving of any further patronage. The old adage “caveat emptor” applies here.
I may be collecting Social Security before the check arrives!

I would go to Fry's and have them call for you... If they get the same recording, have them pay you in cash or merchandise. They won't like it, but will probably do it.

Edit: Be sure to go armed with a copy of the rebate and your receipt. You don't have a leg to stand on without them

I do not know if you have had a Fry’s “experience”. Big place, tons of selection, great pricing, employees dumber than a bag of rocks!
I go in, I shop, I get out.
I will have fun with this one.
