looking for a printer/copier/scanner

looking for a printer /copier/scanner . something that won't break me cause i already have a printer and don't really need a scanner . i pretty much just want the copier part of the deal . i am looking at the Lexmark PrintTrio X1150 any comments ? or does someone have some advice for me poor sole ?

The lenmark's might be cheaper however it suffers in the way of quality and speed. I normally do not recommend them.

I realize you are looking for something on the cheaper side of the $ however you can't go wrong with the HP All in one printers. They are rock solid and great performers and also great quality performers, that is if you don't mind shelling out 3 to 4 hundred.

don't wanna spend that kinda money on something i won't use alot . i was thinking along the lines of 100$ tops

hmmmm well the lenmarks are the ones that I know that are in the lowrange prices between 100 to 150. they are ungodly slow tho.

I orignally didn't want to spend that much on my HP Office Jet 3-in-1 and ended up buying it and I ended up using it so much more. I used to spend a quie a bit of money each month for photocoping and now its easier cuz i don't have to go to a print shop anymore.

Check out the lenmarks and look up reviews and see what others are saying is about all I can suggest.

Perhaps someone has a used HP they want to sell?

well i have seen a hp in office depot for 97$ and an epson for the same after the rebate .

I had success with my Epson 1000 ICS. There's an Epson CX3200 3-in-1, that I saw advertised this week for $130 - $30 rebate = $100 net.

I like Epson over Lexmark because I can get cheap compatible ink cartridges, whereas with the Lexmarks, your only alternative is pricier OEM or remanufactured cartridges.

I didn't suggest other types of printers that are stand alone because I thought from your title of the thread you were interested in the 3in1?

My bad, Sorry, Well like bill said Epsons are good.
Some of the cannons are okay.

Like bill said HPs and Epsons as well as Cannons you can get the cheaper compatible ink cartiridges. That is what we do for all of our printers. We have one of each, Epson, HP 3in1 and also a Cannon.

However with the canons make sure you check out the reviews some of them are not that good.
