Help with ebay problem

Ok I resently, about 20days ago bought some 512mb kingston pc2700 ram on ebay from the user memoryandmuchmore on June 25th. I paid I'm by credit card from the website https://pro.channeladvisor.com. Since I paid, which was about on June 27th, I haven't heard anything from him. I tried emailing him, but his mailbox is full. He has an aol account, and it gets full when you have 1000 emails unread. What was intersting, after I paid the first time, he said that paypal had froze his account(whatever that means) and he sent most people money back that paid by paypal, including mine. Those who didn't pay via paypal he said he could accept their payments. So he IM'd me on AOL and told me to go through the checkout from the website above. So I did. Paid $56.01 by CC. He told me he was going to snd it by July 5th. Another thing that was intersting, soon after I paid him, he started getting negative feedback from people who sent thier money to him through paypal, which was about 6 people. The next day he was suspended because of his percentage rating. He only had about 15 all positve feedback before then. His name is Mike Clard from Wheat Ridge, Colorado 80034. The address I have is a po box. I got his number from ebay, but its a cell number. I have not heard anymore from him. Anyone have a suggestion on what should I do and how should I approach this?

Well from the sounds of it you have been scammed so First thing you need to do is file a claim with pay-pal and then contact your credit card company and let them know whats going on. The sooner you call them the better. Start the process of filing a claim with them and doing a charge back. If the only way your in contact with this guys is by im then you need to start keeping logs of your converstions. You need copies of everyhting that he has sent you and copies of everything you have sent him. In most cases its not neccasary but its better to have than to not have it. Also contact ebay they have a bad traders section on the site {not sure they do anything to help but it doesn't hurt}

you can also seek help from the people over here at http://www.trollhunters.com/

Sorry to hear that. I have bought and sell on there myself. Haven't had a problem so far(knock on wood). Hope you get your money back. Let us know if everything turns out allright. I would suggest what Richeemax said file a claim right away with the pay pal and the credit card company ASAP.

File a claim with your CC Co. They'll do a charge back and unless it's resolved you probably won't be out any dinero.
