It seems to take an extra day or 2 on your first order - CC checking stuff. My first order took 3 full days to ship, but after that, WOW! 9 orders later and it's out the door same day or next day - and if FedEx doesn't put it on the truck and take it off because it isn't "due" for delivery yet (yes, I caught them doing that 4 times) I get it a day early. That rocks from CA to WI!!

I ordered from them about 3 times with the same CC. Always get delayed with verifying alternate shipping address.

The alternate shipping address will pretty much always slow things down. Also, the first order you make takes a bit longer because they verify everything. I had the slows on my first order, too, just because of that. Since then, they've been way fast.

Wonder if I'll get my CPU and RAM a day early this time??

On all my purchases I use the same alternate address. They still have problems verifying it. Because of this I honestly don't order from them anymore.

As a first time shopper w/ them, I gave them the benefit of doubt regarding the shipping vs. billing address issues..and chalked it up to expierence. But when I order a CPU as Retail, and it gets shipped to me as a Returned, Opened product and where I have to pay for shipping the wrong item back to them..the pedestal I've put them on becomes a little wobbly

Newegg is decent, and so far I had no problems with the shipping, but as to the prices.
Well some are great and some are horendous.
The things with free shipping are great deals, but when you get stuff that has shipping charges it gets out of control.
I wanted to get 5 Antec Cobra cables, and they charged me $6 shipping per cable, then for the last two it went down to $2 per cable. With this, if you are purchasing a bulk order then you start saving money, but for us when one or two are enough there is no deal here.
Also trying to get an SLK3700AMB, case. $80 after shipping!!!!
That is insane.
But I still like newegg, since they are the only ones I know that have the fables Enermax UC-12FAB, and UC-9FAB fans.
