In a dillema over which camcorder to buy

Hi,

I'm in a dillema over which camcorder to buy. I intend to buy Sony DCR-TRV 22E but has doubts on the quality of the still pictures.
I intend to use the camcorder to capture still pics as well.

I would like to know how's the quality of the picture taken using that camcorder? ANy links which i can go to to see a sample of the pictures taken with it?

Everything I read said that stills were crappy on all the camcorders, 1mp at best. Best bet is to get a digital camera if you want stills. If I think of it I will snap a few with my Sony later tonight. Never done it so I am not sure how to get them off of it.
