Systems VIKING 128MB SMARTMEDIA rebate issue

Hello,

few months ago friend of mine purchased an "VIKING 128MB SMARTMEDIA" for me and applied for the rebate. Rebate was approved but has not arrived although it is long past the seven weeks required for the rebate to arrive. I tried to call the Customer Service 1-800-390-2344 twice but I only ended waiting on hold and disconnected after a while.

I have copies of everything I send when the rebate was approved.
Can you advise what course of action should I take?

not really much you can do but wait on hold let them know how you feel . you could also go back to where you bought the memory from and show them all your paper work and fill someones ear there . or call the customer support of where you got it from .
