should I wait?

Hey guys, last tuesday I bought a Dell LCD Monitor through a user in Ebay (Dell 171EFPb), but he has yet to ship it. Communication has been good, but he originally said it'd be shipped out this past saturday, and now has just told me that "they were delayed getting in, we will ship them out wednesday morning." This is my first time paying through ebay/paypal, so should I be concerned at all?

The user is margaretme and has a feedback rating of 11 positives, 0 negatives, but I noticed that they don't have any feedback actually on selling things. I paid with a CC; should I just wait and give them the benefit of the doubt?

Ebay/Paypal has a pretty good buyer protection policy, you have up to 30 days from the end of the auction to recieve your item, if it were me I would wait until the 29th day or so before filing a complaint against the seller.

Dont panic. I am not saying that what he is doing is right BUT it does happen. Did you look at his feedback before bidding? Is it good? Bad? etc...

Both Ebay and paypal have pretty good protection, I think you can give him the benifit of the doubt for a few more days. No mattere how good the protection prevention is the best way if you HAVE ANY doubt in getting what you want. After all $100.00 not gambled is $100.00 still in YOUR pocket.

375 including shipping; which is a pretty good deal but not such a great deal that warning flags went off
