Dell $100 rebate - Problem

I had sent out a $100 rebate for a Dell laptop I had purchased, they replied saying it was postmarked after the day. Which is completely bogus, I have all the copies of paperwork sent to them and have already sent a letter but have not gotten a response. (Sent 2 months ago). Any suggestion what I can do?

Call customer service. Tell them you have all your documentation and will fax it to them. Ask for their fax number. Be politely persistent. After you fax them, call them back and ask if they got it. Then call the next day and ask if they have everything they need.

You get the idea. It took me ten calls over a one month period to get a $10 rebate from CompUSA once. That guy was so sick of me he was about ready to write me a personal check to get me off his back. But I was never rude!

Thats the key...persistance and keeping your cool...kill them with kindness...KILL THEM I SAY!!!
Dont let them off the hook..."well then what is it I would need to do? OK ..I can do that hold on, you can keep me on the line!"
Keep asking for same person...they will get sick of you like Osprey said...
