How in the world they got 8.19 ratings when their products and their service's so defective? I read many complaints more than good words. My fault for not reading reviews but looked at the ratings and ordered from them. I bought a mdt 30gig 7200 drive and it lasted only 5 months. Sent it back and got a refurb (I paid for a new drive, damn it) that lasted only over a month. I called them and she says to look at the product supports on their website. I decided to fix the drive with a sledgehammer and toss it in the scrap pile. No sense getting an rma with these crooks again. If I were you I'd stay away from them and READ the reviews before ordering from any site. I don't have to worry about newegg and all my orders will go to them. Thanks for hearing me out.
