Power Supply question

What power supply do i need if i want to run all these

1 cd-r
1 cd-rom
1 80gig hdd maxtor
1 40gig maxtor
1 Cathode neon light
1 quad LED fan
1 Case fan
and add 2 more fans to that and maybe another neon ... hehe

Which PSU would have enough plugs for all those ?
is there a difference between ATX psu and other ones?

btw system is
amd XP 2000

I would say Min 350Watt
A 400Watt would be great
Hears a 500watt for 17 bucks

For plugs just buy some spliters.

ATX powersuppy is for all newer comps.
Older at power supplys have there own switch.

By the way the light is eather a cold Cathode or a neon.

Here's a link to what average components roughly use (Watts) in a computer.
You should be able to get a pretty good idea from there.
