buy.com ripoff video card deal ????

E-mails from buy.com read they are to refund me , haven't yet , still waiting .

Just to follow up , shipped the item back to buy.com , did not cost me anything in shipping . I was refunded after buy.com admitted they did NOT sell the video card they advertised . All contact was by email , not fast but effective . Bottom line , I did not lose anything ...except my time of course .

I just went through the same type of situation with Outpost.com aka Fryes. I posted a warning about a motherboard they are selling as serial ata that is not in general dicussions. Really annoying when these companies do things like this and they know "exactly" what they are doing.
