Thanks for your reply, I appreciate it. Actually, I'm not too concerned about modifying the Bios or installing another OS for gaming purposes, because the last thing I do on a PC would be gaming, lol. Yeah, but all you said was interesting. I was just wondering about what you said about the Power supply. Is it weak, and when would I actually have to worry bout it? The heating I thought had been taken care of all the way with that AIRXL they have advertised on the box (for it does take up a PCI slot, meaning that it's supposed to do some work here). I have also heard it's very quiet, but yeah I totally agree with you on how the mobo is wired. That baby is U - T -Lized. You got ports inputs and outputs all over the place. I mean I would probably only use half at most at one time or another, but one time the other half might come in handy.
I also had a question about dual monitor support. I didn't know video cards came with two vga ports. I thought that to get dual monitor support you would have to have DVI-support then you would just attach the adapter to 15-pin and voila. But this is interesting, there are two vga ports, and I was wondering the risk or lack thereof of using two monitors. I don't remember where, but I heard that it's better just to install another video card and then do it, but I don't know.
btw, I was just joking bout the floppy drive becoming obsolete, and I do find that strange a floppy drive is part of the kit, but I really do need a floppy disk as I transfer documents from place to place and CDs would be a waste of time and money for that unless I would packet writing, which can only be done with specific hardware and software
also, I bought the Medion monitor. A 19'' silver, flat screen, 1600 x 1200 res for $99 is an "omg!" deal.
