Gaming Help! Need advise on buying parts for new system!!!!

Hi,
I am going to build a new system for gaming. today I saw in the bestbuy ad for these deals. I want to get the Maxtor 120gb HD 8MB Cache and the ATi Radeon All-in-Wonder Pro 9000 64mb DDR AGP Graphics Card.

#1) Is the hard drive i'm getting Good?

#2) Is the Graphics Card I'm getting Good also??? I want great graphics!

#3) Am I getting a good price?

Price List:
Maxtor 120gb HD 8mb Cache= $139.99
Ati Radeon All-in-Wonder 9000 Pro 64MB DDR AGP=$199

Total: 339.98
Rebates: -$80
Gift Cards: -$60

Grand Total $199.98

Thank you very much!!! If you can all answer the 3 questions, it would be appricated soo much! I'm going to get it by the end of this week, after school is over!!

P.S. The system i'm thinking of building is a Penitum 4 system. What processor speed should I get? What kind of memory should I get also and size? The motherboard that I want is the: Abit IT7-MAX2 845PE P4(533FSB) Skt478 DDR ATX Motherboard w/Audio, LAN, RAID Retail
Is this a good motherboard?

Any suggestions? later on this week, i'm going to get a whole layout for this system so you all can give me suggestions!

Thank you very much everyone!!! -Paul

www.newegg.com has cheaper prices if you want to save a little. Plus they have free shipping on a lot of stuff. Bought from them before very happy.
Here is some links: video card :http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProduc...alue=3046,3677

Hard drive:http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProduc...alue=3046,3677
No rebates but free shipping. And about 40 dollars less. IMO rebates are not great becuse you have to wait so long and sometimes you don't recieve it. Just saw you had some gift cards. So I take it you want to buy from best buy. Not a bad choice but is more expensive than others.

Thanks,
Is this video card that I'm getting good for games? this system is mainly for gaming.. How is my motherboard that I chose?
Also, what is the difference when the same video card is made from a different manafucaturer such insead of ATI. Like some other brand name card uses an ATI chip and it is much cheaper?? What is the differnce? thanks

if you are only thinking about a radeon 9000 i would get the gf ti4200 over that . it is about 50-80$ cheaper and runs as fast or fasster then the 9000 also if your are building a gaming systen no need for the all in wonder . it has all kinds of add on stuff u won't use anyway . also on the hd that is huge ... if you aren't gonna need all that space go with the 80 gig newegg has on sale it will save ya like 40$ also .

It's not the best but good. Getting the AIW model cost more too. Are you needing that option. Getting a 9500 Pro would be better but more $. As far as some cards that use ATI chips they usually have slower clock and memory speeds. Hope that helps. I use AMD so i'm not too sure about the mobo or CPU. Sorry. Maybe someone else could offer some advice. Nvidia cards are good as well. I have a GF4 Ti 4200 and it's rock solid and good for gaming. Not sure if you were only looking at ATI cards.

I also liked the tv feature on that Video Card. Is there any other video card that has built in video card w/ remote (like that all in wonder features)? what other graphics card is good that has AIW? Thanks -Paul
