Does anyone here have problem with DigitalDealz.com
For all of those who are in the same situation like me - having problems dealing with this particular reseller. I'd like to see if we could band together to file a class action suit (does anyone know how to do this for free) against this company or electronic petition and send it to Attorney General of the State of New York.
Who knows we could be the model for others to follow. We want to get rid of scammed and dishonest resellers.
So what happened, or did you post about this before?
Basically, the best approach is to use as many avenues as possible, state, federal, etc. Class action lawsuits are extremely complicated unless you get a really good lawyer involved.
If you search for reseller DIGITALDEALZ.COM, you will see a thread about this. I posted there too. For some reason, everytime I try to post a reply, it overwrites my old comment.
That's why I started this new thread (which I shouldn't) and hope to attract victims of digitaldealz.com to stand up against this reseller.
