where to buy older AMD slot A CPUs?

Anyplace with a decent resellerrating and a reasonable price for AMD slot A CPUs(850Mhz-1000Mhz)? I've been cross-referencing using Pricewatch and can't really find a 1000Mhz CPU-found one for $254.00-no way.

I've never seen one over 950mhz. (Mainly due to mb support) I've got a 750mhz here though.

Wow, Im agassed...im seeing these on ebay for over $100...hard to see why they are worth that much since a $25 duron will waste one. I see a lot of 750s for cheap.

jerrygarcia Directron is one of the first few places I checked. They are sold out or discontinued Really don't want to mess with EBAY as I'm fed up with waiting or being ripped off. I appreciate the help. Seems like you've found the same places I have. The technology has changed and they've quit making these processors some time ago. Guess the low supply is the reason for the outragous prices.

Pricewatch shows 700, 750, 800's between 22$ and 52$ bucks from various vendors---have a look maybe one of em has a 950 layin around...
