Was that formally softwareandstuff? I bought a socket 7 mobo advertised as retail boxed and got a pull instead but it worked good. I also bought a duron barebone with refurbished floppy but the floppy didn't work and the ide led was plugged backward. The stuff was good but they're pretty sloppy about it. Oh yeah, the barebone had excessive thermal goop applied and I had to clean it up. Not a bad company though.
