Cross Ship Newegg?

Just bought a 512 pc2700 module from NewEgg and it has turned out to be bad

Memtest had over 81 errors in under 6 minutes of running.

I *really* don't want to ship first as that means about a week of downtime for my main machine

I am going to call them tomorrow, but just curious if anyone has gotten newegg to cross-ship with an RMA?

I dont think you can but they are VERY nice people so if you are nice then they just might let you.

You could try asking for an Advance RMA like hard drive companies will do.

Well I called em up and they cross shipped no problem

I once cross-shipped a mobo to them when it came defective. They sent it overnight from CA to NY and it came before noon the next day. They are really great people to deal with!

I've spent 1200 there, nice company, took awhile because of CC problems, but they let me switch the palominio with the tbredb for my two procs i bought there

On all items beside CPU’s, within thirty days of the invoice, we will refund on the item being returned and charge for a new item being sent out and credit back when we receive the RMA item. We do not send out two products for the price of one.
