prob w/ mouse in battlefield 1942
Hey all, just got the game, but when I try to switch weapons w/ the mouse wheel, it goes crazy on me switching weapons non-stop, I can't select a weapon, and worse yet, it's so busy scrolling I can't even fire the weapon I have. It's a logitech optical wireless
Thanks!

Mine doesn't do that in Battlefield, but I've had a problem kind of like that in other programs. For me, it's because the wheel gets stuck in between wheel stops.
Does it work normally in Windows? If you roll the mouse a bit further in Battlefield, does it stop switching?

i find that it just needs a little tap forward or back and when it lands on the weapon, u just click it. maybe you are pressing it too much, also, did you dl the latest drivers from logitech?

Yup, I have the latest drivers, and no it won't stop scrolling if I tap or anything, I've tried all the keys and all my mouse buttons. This is pretty frustrating as I've heard tons about how good the game is, but I can't play |

or just say screw it and use the number keys 1-6 to select your weapons.
Personally I think its a lot quicker.
