Good place to buy a film camera - ASAP

I'm trying to help someone find a decent camera at a good price. If you know of any good site that has real steals, please post... the sooner the better.

Amazon and overstock.com sell cameras.
Abesofmaine and jandr are a couple of others (check resellerratings)
Chances are the price you see will be for the body only so factor in the price for a lens also (if they want an SLR)
Is this for general photography?

Yeah, just general photography, nothing serious. Just your "point and shoot" type of thing, with maybe an electronic zoom built-in.

but I went on ebay and got my wife a N65 nikon camera with an 80mm lens and a 300mm lens for under $400.00 plus i got a $60 rebate back from Nikon. Good deal for me.

Why not try a B&M? Wally-World, Sams, Costco, etc...

Speaking only for myself - about Wally World - When I went to purchase the camera, before I made my final decision, Wally World had it for $276.97 and that was ONLY the camera itself, no lenses nothing. This had two lenses a nice case, rebate, etc.
After MIR, I think it was around $325 for everything. I am very pleased with their customer service too. I had a small problem about the MIR form and they sent out another one. If I had gotten a different type of lenses, I would have gotten another $60-75 off in another MIR.

Yeadon, thanks for the offer, but I'm guessing that's probably a better camera than this person wants. I'm looking for one of those compact fully electronic ones with maybe a 38-70mm zoom, or perhaps a bit better. Something in the $50-$70 range.
