OK, first, I've had mixed experiences at BB. Some folks have treated me well. Other times, when I had a problem of one sort or another, I've been totally yanked around.
I've learned not to seriously shop for computer stuff there, unless I need it RIGHT NOW. I don't do the disappearing rebate hassle with anybody, and their prices are only so-so.
BUT... today I was in there for some other stuff and just cruised the hard drives and video cards aisle. Lo and behold, there was a PNY Verto GeForce Ti4200 64Meg marked at $79.99
I knew it had to be a mistake, and really, my budget didn't have a vidcard in it right now at any price, but I grabbed one anyway. Sure enough, it scanned at the register at $169.99. Well 10 or 15 minutes of messing around later (I got out of the way so the other folks could check out), I walked out with it at the marked price and the manager was busy getting the shelf tag changed.
After the past yanking around by them, I figure we're even now. But their computer section is still one of the LAST places I look for gear.
Take a wander over to your local BB and see if they goofed too.
