I could be wrong about this but I believe I know the relationship. I believe that FormrCostcoMembr believed that this thread was based upon venting at companies, not specifically Best Buy. I can see where the confusion came from. I almost vented about McDonalds, but I didn't think their form of reselling was relevant to this thread.

That's my big problem with Best Buy -- they always seem to be out of stock on everything.

Also, there's always 15 people in each line waiting to check out. Convenience certainly isn't their strong point.
