I sent my Coolermaster case back to newegg because it had some finish imperfections on the top. They received it this afternoon and got the new one out the door already.
I am pretty satisfied at this point. I would be REALLY happy if the open the box of the new Coolermaster case and check it before sending it to me. The one I saw at CUSA last Friday had similar albeit less severe imperfections.
I already have rated them. When I go in to rerate or add additional notes it takes them but it leaves my comments buried waaaaaay back where they are. They don't move to the front like new contributors.
Not much point in adding even more positive comments to the ones I've already left.
