I think FedEx is better than ups, for the fact that in past experiences, whatever I've seem to order and have the shipping method as fedex, it seems to arrive faster, but that could be many factors, yea ups does beat the crap out of packages, but mostly I recieve orders through ups, sometimes fedex, but hey as long as my product gets here with no problems in a decent amount of time, I'm happy.

well i have had experience with both, and yes ups has messed my packages up everytime, but not enough to damage the product. but ups has one pro that fedex doesnt, if you will be gone and want your package to be there when u get home, ups will leave it at your door whereas fedex requires you to be there and sign for it. other than that i think fedex is much better.

I have had the best experiences with USPS and FedEx. I try to never use UPS.

I've heard far more horror stories about UPS than I have about FedEx. I just wish there was a store nearby that shipped stuff via FedEx instead of UPS.

I once got a hard drive from WD as an RMA replacement with one side bashed in. Thankfully the drive worked, but I still worry about getting breakable stuff from them.

I always get packages delivered in perfect condition by UPS, driver is very friendly, Waits for us to actually get to the door, Verifies with us where it's from (so we don't accidentally get the wrong package)

FedEX, They're incompetant, The comes around, throws a door knocker on the door and takes off, didn't knock or ring the doorbell, (I know he didn't because my wife and son were home, and my son never misses the door)

Canada Post, They provide a good service, However I sent a letter down when on vacation to my sister, Sig req. I talk to her and they left it in her mailbox, no sig nothing, wouldn't be a big deal if it was for the fact it had my house key, alarm code and return address on it

So out of all of them, I prefer UPS, never had a mark on any parcel, even when coming from across the country, Get's here very quick (4 days cross country with standard shipping, from the main store I deal with it's next day with standard shipping)

FedEX I'm never dealing with again, The fact that they don't knock on doors, charge duties and taxes on an RMA product (which I still have to dispute). If a place only ships with FedEX I will buy elsewhere.

By the sounds of it it's just a US thing, UPS up here is great, but there was a package that came from WD that had a mark on the side (sorta like a punched in spot) but other then that it was in perfect shape.)

I only use fedex (usually ground) for shipping and receiving. They are usually less expensive and I've never had a package sent or received that was damaged by them. UPS lost my business about a year ago by destroying a pc case that I ordered.

Oh, by the way, Fedex will leave your shipments without signing for them if you fill out a form releasing them from liability.

I have used USPS, FedEx, and UPS. From my experiences UPS is the best, they are ALWAYS VERY quick, and my packages are never even slightly messed up, although 1 time one of my boxes of Bawls was went (rain). Also the driver is very nice and has actually been doing this route for abnout 12 years

As far as USPS and FedEx are concerned their package quality is good but their speed is terrible to me....... the same package would take about 3 days less UPS, for me anyway

good ol' USPS is the best I've used...UPS killed two of my packages one coming and one going and they never let me know I had to track them down and find out what was going on UPS is good never had any problems but don't use them much. It also depends on if you have an account. Before I got my fed-ex account I paid double shipping to go through mailboxes ect.
