I would have to say fed-ex until recently. I have never signed a release form and they just left my package at my apartment. about a week later I find out it was delivered. Apparently someone stole it.
They did refund my credit card though. I guess I have a new driver because this one knocks and runs too.
Ups boxes are always smashed or dented in some way so I try and avoid them on important orders.
USPS ha what a joke please let us privatize all mail and eliminate this government agency as soon as possible.
