You're gonna have to go thru e-mail. Lite-On makes very good drives, but are always rated poorly as far as support goes. And I also speak from experience.

bill is right... I don't think they release it for fear some people would call 14 or so times a day, mumble a few words and hang up. =)

Email is definitely the best route.
