Sellers remorse---->Often sellers succumb to the temptation to exxagerate or lie about the quality of the items they are selling...or they make promises they deep down know they cant keep. Although these tacvtics seem to work in the short-run they sometimes can lead to a sad feeling called "sellers remorse".

The technical definition and description of sellers remorse is as follows-----> "A deep feeling of sadness and regret experienced when a customer you have lied to has buried his fist about a foot down your throat"

At other times a seller feels these feelings when he has to call home and try to explain to his wife that she must come pick him up from work due to the fact that he cant drive home because he has a size 12 boot buried in another part of his anatomy.

---Seller Beware---

No but isnt it a perfect illustration of human nature?

you know, the little "hem-hawing" that goes on when you are buying something.....of course, its probably worse here in ultra traditional old fashoined southern Va.

"how much for the such and such"

"$229"

"$229????....man youre trying to break me.....would ya take $210"

"$210?? well, I guess I could, I wouldnt be making much on it but I guess I could take that for it."

blah blah....then the guy who bought it goes home and tells his wife he got a deal and he would have gladly paid $240...lol

And the guy who sold it tells his wife he would have sold it for $199 and still been ok...lol

All that little silly sales talk stuff..I hate it but its almost impossible to get away from it.
