I've said it before, you cannot beat Amazon for great customer service. They are the best by far.

This is totally unfair!!!!

....to other retailers. By the way, an interesting factoid, Amazon.com reported a small profit for 4Q02, but they're still losing money.

i've only had to do w/amazon cust service once...it was a book that was damaged during shipment. geting a replacement went extremely smoothly. i would rate their cust service to be top-notch.
