Any Staples catalog or online purchase (including special ordered and delivered items) can be returned to any Staples store but you must bring your packing slip or email confirmation as proof of purchase. You may obtain a copy of your packing slip by emailing us at Support@orders.staples.com. All items purchased at a store and carried out of a store must be returned to a store for refund or merchandise credit.
I've returned any number of items to BB and Staples and have never been charged a restocking fee. Usually if the package is in resaleable condition, and you smile, they'll waive the charge.
