Calling ALL Members, Help me get Dell to Post Warranty Information.

I most humbly ask a favor of all members who've benefited from the hard work that we've done in Doc's Deals.

Today, I wanted to buy
this very Fast Laptop Hard Drive . Googlegear has a similar drive with a 5 year mfg warranty.

No thanks to Dell for Not posting warranty.
Attempts to uncover warranty info leads to
this MESS !

Please take 5 minutes to fill in Real Personal Information and Ask Dell to start posting warranty information in the Software & Peripherals section.

Choose Customer Care then Contact Us then Customer Service
[they won't let me post the single click URL]

Thanks
Doc

Thx PS, fixed it.

Here's what they post for warranty info "check your packing slip"
What a bunch of BS, buy it FIRST, get warranty info LATER !!

Quote:
Dell-branded hardware products purchased in the U.S. come with a 90-day, one-year, two-year, three-year, or four-year limited warranty. To determine which warranty came with your hardware product, see your invoice or packing slip.

Sent them a nice but long request for them to post warrenty info, so people don't get suprised if they recieve an item only to find out of a 90 day warrenty. Thanks for bringing up the topic Doc.
