Well, they were supposed to answer.
Since you used PayPal, I don't know how they handle stuff like this. I've heard it's not that great. If there's a way for you to stop payment, then do that. You can quote their site

I'd even go and save the .html page as well. They can't go back in time and send you an e-mail. You have a valid concern in not wanting to continue w/ the transaction, they don't even abide by their own rules!
